Certified Operators
We require each operator to undergo rigorous, independent examinations of both their operations and management. If an operator, pilot, or aircraft does not meet 100% of our standards, then they are not Alerion Certified and they do not fly Alerion clients. No exceptions.
Every charter operator on which Alerion arranges air transportation must:
- Have current and up-to-date official regulatory approvals, including an FAA air carrier certificate and Operations Specifications, as well as the requisite economic authority from the DOT.
- Have proper insurance commitments and documentation
- Execute and adhere to an “Alerion Service Provider Agreement”
- Provide detailed pilot and crew information on an ongoing basis
- Uphold continual maintenance and compliance with all Alerion criteria
- Have audit levels of Wyvern recommendation or ARG/US Gold level status
- “Green” rating on the ARG/US CHEQ report

Alerion arranges flights which are operated exclusively by Part 121 or Part 135 direct air
carriers. These air carriers must at all times comply with the Federal Aviation Regulations,
and hold proper economic authority from the Department of Transportation. Alerion does not
own, operate, or manage any aircraft on its own. Alerion is an air charter broker acting as
an agent for its clients seeking charter air transportation.
