The most important part of your relationship with Alerion will be with your Private Flight Advisor (PFA), a highly trained and experienced professional. Your PFA is your personal service contact before, during and after every trip – and your liaison with our Flight Asset Management department when such services are required.
Having your own PFA is like having your own manager of travel operations – someone who knows your personal and family preferences in all aspects of your flight universe, ensuring the proactive, premium level of service you expect from Alerion.
Our PFA’s have an average of twenty years experience in the private jet aircraft services field. They not only coordinate every aspect of every trip, they are empowered to do whatever is necessary to deliver the personal level of service you need in any aspect of travel.
When you begin your relationship with Alerion, your PFA will travel to meet with you and any family members you choose, personally, to put a person and a face with the voice on the phone, and talk informally about your specific needs, preferences and concerns.
