At Alerion, nothing is more important than the safety and security of our clients. Working closely with our network of Part 121 and Part 135 direct air carriers, we have developed an innovative safety program based on our belief that safety is the job of every employee, staff member and partner - from our CEO and Private Flight Advisors to our Safety and Vendor Relations team and preferred alliance partners. While the direct air carriers providing your private jet flights must conduct operations under the safety requirements of the FAA, we insist upon an additional level of scrutiny that includes independent Argus/CHEQ certification and our own internal rigorous audit of the independent air carrier by our Chief Safety Officer. Alerion’s commitment to your safety is reflected in our permanent safety initiatives.

carriers. These air carriers must at all times comply with the Federal Aviation Regulations,
and hold proper economic authority from the Department of Transportation. Alerion does not
own, operate, or manage any aircraft on its own. Alerion is an air charter broker acting as
an agent for its clients seeking charter air transportation.
