Our team of professionals average 20 years in the business of high performance, private jet aviation services. We truly believe that the quality, experience and commitment of our people is the most important thing that sets us apart. Mark Reichin, CEO of Alerion, Inc.
Mark is responsible for the company's strategy, direction and overall service offering.
Prior to founding and assuming the senior leadership role at Alerion, Mark served
as Senior Vice President of PrivatAir, one of the worlds top comprehensive aviation
services companies, a division of the Latsis group of companies. Mark was responsible for
record growth of charter revenue and development of the companys next generation
dispatch facility. Prior to that Mark was a member of a private equity team focused on
transactions associated with acquisitions in the private jet membership program business
sector. Before entering private aviation, Mark served as Chief Executive Officer for
an Internet software company, giving him experience in one of the fastest-growing industries
during the last decade. Mark studied economics at Northeastern University as well as the
University of Massachusetts. He holds a private pilot license with Instrument and
multi-engine ratings having accumulated over 9000 hours of flight time.
Jeanne Muzio, Senior Vice President.
Jeanne is responsible for development and marketing of Alerions complete program
offering, including arrangement of corporate aircraft charter, jet membership and travel
portfolio management, and Private Advisory Services. For over 23 years, she has
concentrated her career in the aviation and travel industries with a special emphasis
in business development, operations and account management. Most recently, Jeanne served as
VP of Charter Sales for PrivatAir, Inc. responsible for managing sales operations and vendor
relations related to its specialty charter division. Prior to her position at PrivatAir, Jeanne
served in aviation sector management positions, building on the charter portfolio concept and
introducing the first jet member card programs over 10 years ago. Before entering the aviation
field, she managed sales and account management teams at the countrys second largest travel
management firm, Navigant-Carlson Wagonlit. Jeanne studied business administration at Boston
University and is married with two children.
Loryn J. Cook, Vice President, Private Flight Advisor Services.
Loryns responsibilities include Private Flight Advisor (PFA) and concierge services,
account management, flight coordination and scheduling. Loryn was born and bred in New Zealand
where she first developed her love of travel, adventure and the great outdoors. She has an
extensive background in the fields of Education, Telecommunications, Travel and Aviation.
Prior to joining Alerion, she worked in the field of education in Australia, followed by a move to
Washington DC to work for the Australian Embassy. Her introduction to the world of travel and
aviation began with Virgin Atlantic where she worked in sales and customer service. She then
moved to PrivatAir where she spent three years as Customer Service Manager, responsible for
flight coordination, account management, customer service and sales. Loryn received a degree
with distinction in Education from James Cook University Australia.
Charlton Wills, Vice President of Vendor and Partner Relations. Charlton
is a fifteen-year aviation professional with a background in charter, fractional and Part 91
operations. He began his career with Executive Jet Aviation in Columbus, Ohio. As one of the
initial members of the NetJets Vendor Operations department, he began establishing relationships
with charter nationwide. In 1997, Charlton relocated to Chicago where he worked with two of
the premier charter brokers in the nation. He then became the National Director of Vendor
Relations for one of the largest charter brokers in the country. For the last five years,
Charlton has been the Director of Sales for Wyvern Consulting Limited, the largest and most
respected Aviation safety firm in the US. With a varied management background, including
dispatch, customer service, and vendor relations, he has a broad base of Aviation
knowledge and strong relationships throughout the industry. He is actively involved with Family
Care of Illinois and The Ohio State University Alumni Association.
